We offer a variety of options to help you integrate us into your event, whether a marathon or a conference. For example, you could give the choice at registration, by adding a tick box that says: “I don’t need another (item) – please plant a tree for me instead”. Or, you can offer a tree as a direct ‘freebie’ at events, instead of low quality merch. We are also integrated with some registration platforms like SI Entries, to make it even easier.

Whether you want your certificates on the day of the event or after, all we need is a list of the people we are sponsoring trees for, who we allocate a sapling to from one of our UK reforestation projects. We then send out digital certificates to each event participant, including a photo of their tree, the species, the what3words geolocation and your event or sponsor logos - ready to share on social media!

We are currently sponsoring trees for £5 + VAT per participant or attendee when replacing merchandise. This includes your personalised, downloadable e-certificate that will be hosted on our server for 12 months. If you want to give participants or attendees the chance to add an extra tree to their event basket then this will be an additional £5 + VAT per tree.
